At its most basic, WetLeather is an internet mailing list. As Carl (listowner) describes it The WetLeather mailing list is a Greater Pacific Northwest-centric collection of unique individuals who mostly share some characteristics like warped senses of humor and social propriety, unusually high appreciation for the shared joys of cooking and the results thereof, and a penchant for two wheeled locomotion. It has also been a sounding board and support group for me during my first year on motorcycles. I am absolutely certain that I would not be a daily rider -- would not have nearly the confidence I have on the bike today -- had I not met the people in this group. |
