Ride for the Cure - PonyExpress 2000

    Make a Contribution

pink ribbon I am raising money for breast cancer research as part of the Pony Express Round-Up 2000 in July. If I raise $2000, I will be an Honor Guard Rider. Please make a contribution of $25, $50, $100 - whatever you can afford - to support the work of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

I appreciate any contributions - large or small. Here is the process for aiding my campaign - you can either donate a fixed amount or give me incentive to go all the way!

    1. Make a donation

To do this, simply make out a check to Komen Foundation. (I would appreciate knowing if you are going to do this so that I can keep a running tally of my fundraising efforts; so please send me an e-mail.)

On the memo line, please note: Pony Express Round-Up 2000

Mail your check to me at
1075 Bellevue Way NE, #314, Bellevue WA 98004

I will collect all checks and mail directly to the Foundation.

Deadline for receipt of checks: 15 June 2000

      OR

You can make your donation DIRECTLY on the Komen Foundation web site. Please select the "PonyExpress Rider" button and then type in my name! I'd still appreciate an e-mail so that I can keep track.

    2. Help with travel

You could even offer a place to stay along the way (going or coming!). Or provide a donation for gas, food or lodging (I don't think this would be tax deductible, however, as it would be going directly to me.)

WetLeather has the Bay Area covered, so I'm not expecting to have to fork out money for the second night's stay.
